๐Ÿš— Job Description: Automobile Sales Roles1. Position: Automobile Sales Team Leader (TL)Department: Sales

Reports to: Sales Manager / GM Sales

  • Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives (DSEs/RDSEs)
  • Set and monitor individual and team sales targets
  • Coach and train team members on product knowledge, customer handling, and CRM usage
  • Drive performance through daily morning briefings, field accompaniments, and review meetings
  • Ensure excellent showroom walk-in management and test drive conversion
  • Coordinate with marketing for lead generation and local promotional activities
  • Monitor timely delivery, documentation, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and report sales performance data to higher management
  • Qualifications & Skills:Graduate (any stream); MBA preferred
  • 4-6 years of automobile sales experience with at least 1-2 years in a team lead role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented with high energy and drive
  • Familiar with CRM systems and DMS (Dealer Management System)

2. Position: Dealer Sales Executive (DSE)Department: Sales

Reports to: Team Leader / Sales Manager

  • Key Responsibilities:Attend walk-in customers and explain product features, pricing, and finance options
  • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and telecalling
  • Arrange and conduct test drives and vehicle demos
  • Negotiate pricing, finance, exchange, and close deals
  • Follow up with leads and maintain records in CRM
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth delivery and documentation
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Qualifications & Skills:Graduate (any discipline)
  • 1-3 years of sales experience (automobile preferred)
  • Passionate about automobiles and field sales
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-driven
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license

3. Position: Retail Dealer Sales Executive (RDSE)Department: Sales

Reports to: Team Leader / DSE Coordinator

  • Key Responsibilities:Primarily responsible for field sales โ€“ visiting customers, housing societies, and corporate offices
  • Generate retail leads and inquiries from non-showroom sources
  • Conduct field activities like vehicle display, test drive camps, and promotional events
  • Update daily sales activities, leads, and customer feedback
  • Coordinate with the showroom team for quotations, test drives, and deliveries
  • Support branding and local marketing efforts
  • Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
  • 0-2 years of sales or field marketing experience
  • Energetic, presentable, and eager to learn
  • Willingness to travel locally
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Own two-wheeler preferred
