Senior Account Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive with strong knowledge of GST filing, Income Tax Return filing, TDS returns, accounting, and finalization of accounts. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting financial reporting activities.

The role includes preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns), reconciliation of GST data, and handling compliance matters. The candidate will also manage Income Tax and TDS compliance, including filing ITRs, preparing TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, 27Q), issuing Form 16/16A, and responding to tax notices.

Key responsibilities also involve maintaining books of accounts, passing journal entries, performing bank and ledger reconciliations, managing payables and receivables, and assisting in the preparation and finalization of financial statements including trial balance, profit & loss account, and balance sheet. The role requires supporting audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

The ideal candidate should hold a B.Com or relevant degree with at least 2 years of experience in accounting and taxation. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally or similar ERP systems, strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and TDS regulations, and good command of MS Excel are essential.
