We are looking for an experienced and innovative Python Developer with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), Multilingual AI Model Development, and n8n Workflow Automation to design and implement intelligent, scalable and automated eCommerce systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, train and deploy AI & Machine Learning models to enhance eCommerce automation, personalization and decision-making.
• Build and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for product recommendations, chatbots and smart seller-assist systems.
• Work with translation, speech recognition and text generation models for multilingual communication.
• Automate operational and business workflows using n8n (low-code automation platform).
• Develop RESTful APIs using Flask or FastAPI for AI-based modules.
• Use Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain and related frameworks for model training and optimization.
• Automate data workflows, train models with real-time data and ensure scalability.
• Collaborate with the backend and front-end teams to deploy AI-driven solutions efficiently.
• Maintain technical documentation and version control (Git).

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, NLP and Deep Learning.
• Experience in Multilingual AI model development (translation, speech/text processing, cross-lingual embeddings).
• Proficiency in Python libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Experience with data pipelines, model fine-tuning and API integration.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow automation.
• Knowledge of databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Strong analytical, debugging and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate (Preferred: BCA, BCS, MCA, B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, AI/ML, or Data Science).
• Deep understanding of AI, NLP and Multilingual Model architectures.
