We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Telecaller Executives to join our growing team and contribute to our seller acquisition and customer support process.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to prospective sellers and customers.
• Explain company products and services and onboard new sellers.
• Maintain and update customer database in Excel/CRM.
• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve queries professionally.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
• Maintain good relationships with sellers and clients.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.

Requirements :

• Any Graduate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.
