Telecaller

Telecaller's Job Description (JD) involves making outbound calls to generate leads, sell products/services, and provide customer support, while also handling inbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, updating CRM systems with interaction details, and consistently meeting daily/weekly call and sales targets, requiring strong communication, persuasion, and empathy to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Contact potential/existing customers to promote offers, gather info, and generate sales.
• Inbound Call Handling: Answer customer queries, provide product details, and resolve issues professionally.
• Sales & Lead Generation: Persuade customers, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into sales.
• Data Management: Accurately log calls, update customer records in the CRM, and document feedback.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call volume and sales goals.
• Customer Service: Maintain professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude.
