Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students/leads
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication
- Explain courses, offerings, and benefits clearly
- Schedule and coordinate walk-ins or demo sessions
- Maintain accurate records of calls and updates in the system
- Achieve daily/weekly call and follow-up targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English & Marathi preferred)
- Basic understanding of calling and customer handling
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Prior calling experience is a plus (not mandatory)
