Job Description
Job Responsibilities – Telecalling Executive (Real Estate)
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
- Explain real estate projects (plots/flats/commercial) clearly to customers
- Understand customer requirements (budget, location, purpose)
- Generate and qualify leads for site visits
- Schedule site visits and appointments with the sales team
- Handle inbound inquiry calls professionally
- Follow up with interested customers regularly
- Maintain and update customer details in CRM / Excel
- Share project details via WhatsApp, SMS, or email
- Answer basic customer queries about price, location, amenities, and payment plans
- Coordinate with sales managers for deal closures
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
- Maintain proper call etiquette and professional communication
- Collect feedback from customers and report to seniors
