Waiter / Steward

Job Summary : The Waiter / Steward is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience by taking orders accurately, serving food and drinks promptly, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service area.

• Key Responsibilities : Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage items
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle basic complaints politely
• Set up tables, service stations, and dining areas before service
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service equipment, and utensils
• Follow hygiene, safety, and company service standards
• Assist with billing and collect payments when required
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operation
