Accountant

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations of our food manufacturing business. The candidate should have basic knowledge of GST, Tally, and bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounts and ledger entries
• Manage sales & purchase entries
• Prepare GST returns and ensure tax compliance
• Handle bank reconciliation
• Maintain inventory and stock records
• Manage vendor payments and receivables
• Prepare monthly profit & loss reports
• Coordinate with CA for financial filings
• Maintain proper documentation and billing records

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Tally (Prime/ERP 9)
• Basic understanding of GST & taxation
• MS Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
• Good communication skills
• Honest, disciplined & responsible
