Job Description – Boiler Supervisor

1. Daily Coordination: Coordinate with operations, maintenance, safety, and logistics teams to plan and execute daily boiler-related activities at the site.
2. Site Execution: Ensure assigned work is completed efficiently at the site in line with operational schedules and company standards.
3. Safety & Hygiene Responsibility: Maintain strict compliance with safety norms, statutory requirements, and hygiene standards within the boiler and plant area.
4. Material Inward & Outward: Supervise and manage inward and outward movement of materials, including fuel, chemicals, boiler parts, and trucks, ensuring proper documentation.
5. Boiler Operations Monitoring: Monitor day-to-day boiler operations and assist in maintaining optimal performance and efficiency.
6. Reporting & Communication: Prepare and share daily updates on boiler operations, issues, and activities with the Head Office and concerned team members.
7. Extended Working Hours: Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work extended hours when required to ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations.
8. Learning & Skill Development: Show willingness to learn boiler operations, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting techniques for continuous improvement.
9. Customer Requirement Understanding: Understand customer operational requirements and support implementation of necessary changes to meet service expectations.
10. Compliance & Housekeeping: Ensure proper housekeeping, adherence to SOPs, and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines at all times.
