Branch Sales Manager - UCV

• Manage the Branch in terms of Sales.
• Build a high Quality Loan portfolio
• Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed
• Maintain Manage & Deliver SO Productivity 
• Enable sales team to high performance and be a team player
• To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance
• Track manpower as per capacity plan and ensure individual productivity
• Appointment of new UCVD & DOST channels for alternative sourcing
• PDD to be tracked for loan disbursed
•  Ensure good quality loan portfolio by closely following up on the first 12 months repayments
