*Role Objective*

As a Business Development Associate, you are the face of AVD Group. Your primary mission is to act as a Career Counselor, guiding aspiring students toward the right technical programs and driving the organization's growth by hitting monthly revenue targets.

*Key Responsibilities*

Lead Conversion: Proactively call on high-quality leads/resources provided by the institute to explain our Data Engineering programs.

*Revenue Generation:* Drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact to final admission and fee collection.

*Target Achievement:* Consistently meet or exceed monthly admission and revenue targets as assigned by the management.

*Career Counseling:* Understand student aspirations and provide detailed information about course curriculum, placement assistance, and ROI.

*Pipeline Management:* Maintain a disciplined follow-up schedule with "Cold" and "Pending" leads to move them through the sales funnel.

*Reporting:* Maintain accurate daily reports of calls made, connections established, and conversions in the CRM/Sales tracker.

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

*Excellent Communication* : Strong verbal and written skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.

*Sales Mindset:* A "hungry" and goal-oriented approach with the ability to handle rejection and stay persistent.

*Persuasion Skills:* Ability to handle objections and convince students of the long-term career benefits of Data Engineering.

*Professionalism:* High level of ethics and a sense of ownership over your designation.

*Education:* Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing or Sales is a plus). Prior experience in EdTech or training institutes will be highly preferred.
