Business Development Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new merchants on Google Pay Business
• Visit existing merchants for revisits, verification, and service support
• Promote and install Google Pay SoundPod
• Assist merchants with business loan onboarding
• Support businesses with Google Ads & digital presence
• Ensure accurate data capture, documentation, and compliance
• Achieve daily and monthly targets as assigned
• Maintain professionalism during field visits and merchant interactions

Job Requirements:

• Field work readiness with daily market visits
• Basic smartphone knowledge and internet usage
• Good communication skills (local language preferred)
• Ability to understand and explain products to merchants
• Target-driven mindset with willingness to learn
• Minimum qualification as per company norms
• Android smartphone mandatory
• Prior field sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)
