Chip Level Repair

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform chip-level diagnosis and repair of CCTV camera PCBs and related surveillance devices
• Identify and troubleshoot faults in SMPS, power sections, video signal circuits, and networking components
• Repair and replace faulty components such as ICs, MOSFETs, capacitors, resistors, diodes, connectors, and BGA/QFN components
• Handle SMD rework, soldering, desoldering, and reballing when required
• Read and interpret schematics, datasheets, and PCB layouts
• Use testing instruments such as multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply, hot air rework station
• Perform quality checks and functional testing after repair
• Maintain proper documentation of repairs and failure analysis
• Coordinate with production / QC teams to improve repair turnaround time
• Ensure ESD safety and follow repair SOPs

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of chip-level PCB repair
• Experience with CCTV camera PCB, DVR/NVR boards
• Hands-on experience with SMD & BGA components
• Good understanding of analog & digital electronics
• Knowledge of power circuits, signal processing, and networking basics
• Ability to troubleshoot independently
• Familiar with ESD handling and repair tools
• Preferred Qualifications:Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation
• Experience in CCTV, surveillance, or electronics manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of firmware flashing and basic software diagnostics is a plus
