Plus Teletech Pvt Ltd Is Leading Lift and Elevator Manufacturing Company Under the Brand Name of Techno plus Lifts and Elevators. Following are the requirements we are looking for: 

1.Service Coordinator:

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and Coordinate Service/Breakdown appointments, dispatching filed staff as needed.

• Act as the first point of contact for client inquires ,providing timely and professional response.

• Maintain detailed Service/Breakdown records , client information and scheduling logs.

• Monitor the progress of service delivery and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.

• Collabrate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service outcomes.

• Prepare and Distribute daily/weekly service schedules and reports.

• Calling to Customers for AMC and Payments.
