Organization: RASE UP School EdTech Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Chh. Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra

Roles & Responsibilities:

Selected candidates will undergo mandatory, free-of-cost training before being deployed to partnered schools. Post training, responsibilities will include:

• Working Hours: 6–8 hours per day, including teaching and reporting duties.
• Teaching: Conduct English language sessions in partnered schools using the RASE UP English Language Lab curriculum.
• Content Delivery: Deliver only the structured lesson plans and teaching methods designed by RASE UP.
• Record Maintenance:
• Maintain student attendance
• Track student learning progress
• Submit daily and weekly reports to the RASE UP Academic Team
• Student Responsibility: Ensure academic growth, discipline, and a positive classroom environment.
• Professional Conduct: Maintain punctuality and adhere to all rules and regulations of both the school and RASE UP School EdTech Pvt. Ltd.
• Accountability: Be responsible for teaching quality, classroom culture, and learning outcomes.

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on performance and skill assessment)
