Job Title: Field Executive – Doctor Outreach & Onboarding

Location: Marathwada Region (Field-based)

Employment Type: Full-time

About PyraMed

PyraMed is a doctor-to-doctor telemedicine platform that enables primary care doctors to access specialist opinions digitally, improving patient outcomes while ensuring continuity of care. We are expanding our presence across rural and semi-urban India and are looking for motivated field professionals to join our growth journey.



Role Summary

The Field Executive will be responsible for visiting primary care doctorspromoting the PyraMed platform, and onboarding them onto the system. This role involves relationship-building, on-ground education, basic training, and ongoing support to ensure active usage of the platform.



Key Responsibilities

  • Visit primary care doctors, clinics, and small hospitals across the Marathwada region
  • Explain the PyraMed doctor-to-doctor teleconsultation model and its benefits
  • Onboard doctors onto the PyraMed platform (app/web)
  • Conduct live demos and assist with profile creation and first case upload
  • Address doctors’ queries related to workflow, payments, and medicolegal safety
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors
  • Ensure activation and regular engagement of onboarded doctors
  • Collect market feedback and share insights with the central team
  • Maintain daily visit reports and onboarding records



 

 

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare / Life Sciences preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in medical representative, healthcare sales, field marketing, or doctor engagement
  • Familiarity with rural and semi-urban healthcare ecosystems
  • Comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps, and basic digital tools
  • Good communication skills in Marathi (mandatory); Hindi preferred
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
