Hub Manager

As the Hub Incharge, you will be the heartbeat of our manufacturing unit’s logistics. You’ll oversee everything from the moment raw materials arrive to the second finished goods leave the gate. Your goal is to keep the flow smooth, the inventory accurate, and the team motivated in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Dispatch:

Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules to ensure on-time delivery to customers and distributors.

Inventory Control:

Manage stock levels (raw materials and finished goods) using [Software Name, e.g., Tally/SAP/Excel] to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Inbound Management:

Supervise the unloading of materials, verify quality/quantity against purchase orders, and manage vendor documentation.

Warehouse Optimization: Organise the floor layout for maximum efficiency, safety, and easy accessibility.

Team Leadership:

Lead a small team of loaders, packers, and drivers, ensuring safety protocols are followed and productivity stays high.

Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of inward/outward movement and prepare weekly reports on transit damages or delays.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

3–5 years in logistics, warehouse, or hub operations (manufacturing background preferred).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

Tech Savvy:

Proficient in MS Excel and basic inventory management software.

Problem Solver: Ability to think on your feet when a truck is delayed or a shipment is short.

Communication: Clear and professional coordination with transporters and the production team.
