We are currently hiring for the position of HR Executive at our Aurangabad office. Details of the opportunity are mentioned below:
Position: HR Executive (Female Candidates Only)
Location: Akashwani, Jalna Road, Aurangabad
Qualification:
Any Graduate / Postgraduate
(Freshers passionate about HR are welcome to apply)
Salary:
• Fresher: ₹8,000/month (3-month training period)
• Experienced:₹15,000/month (based on experience & skillset)
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and shortlisting candidates as per hiring requirements
• Screening resumes and conducting telephonic interviews
• Coordinating and following up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Managing end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring & walk-in drives
• Independently handling recruitment for critical positions
• Using platforms like Naukri, Work India, and social media for sourcing
• Maintaining candidate trackers, recruitment data, and reports
