Job Description
Inventory Manager – Dessert Villa Café
Location: Aurangabad
Type: Full-Time
Role OverviewResponsible for managing stock of raw materials, desserts, beverages, packaging, and café supplies across Dessert Villa outlets while minimizing wastage and ensuring smooth operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan & maintain optimum stock levels
- Receive & verify deliveries (quality, quantity, expiry)
- Maintain inventory records & daily stock updates
- Implement FIFO / expiry control
- Track wastage & variance
- Coordinate with vendors & manage purchasing
- Conduct weekly stock audits
Requirements
- Experience in cafe/restaurant inventory preferred
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Knowledge of POS / inventory software (added advantage)
- Honest, reliable & well-organized
- Training will be provided
