Job Role:

Field Legal Executive (SARFAESI Work)Role Overview:We are hiring a Field Legal Executive to assist in basic legal and field work related to the SARFAESI Act, 2002. The role mainly involves site visits, coordination, and documentation support, with guidance from senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in SARFAESI-related work (Sections 13(2), 13(4), and 14)

• Help in preparing and serving notices (demand, possession, etc.)

Visit sites for:

• Property visits
• Notice affixation
• Assisting in possession activities
• Coordinate with banks, advocates, and local authorities
• Support in basic court/DM office follow-ups when required
• Maintain simple records, reports, and photographs of field work
• Update seniors regularly on work status

Job Nature:

• Field-based role with travel across Maharashtra
• Work will be guided and supported by seniors (no independent legal responsibility)
• Practical, on-ground learning opportunity in banking/legal field
• Requirements:Graduate in any discipline (LLB preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic understanding of legal/banking work (training will be provided)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel for field work
