Maths Educator

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Educator to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to make mathematics engaging, accessible, and enjoyable for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality mathematics lessons to students [mention grades or levels – e.g., Grade 6–12, JEE/NEET aspirants, etc.].
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and practice assignments aligned with the curriculum.
• Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills through innovative teaching methodologies.
• Assess student performance regularly through tests, quizzes, and interactive sessions.
• Provide personalised guidance and doubt-clearing sessions to ensure conceptual clarity.
• Collaborate with academic teams to design study material, mock tests, and learning resources.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching strategies, exam patterns, and technological tools in education.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics or related field (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Ed. preferred).
• Prior teaching experience in [school/college/coaching/institution] is highly desirable.
• Strong command of mathematical concepts and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage students in both online and offline learning environments.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students to achieve academic success.
