Position Summary:

The Graphics Design Studio Manager oversees daily studio operations, manages a team of designers, coordinates projects, ensures high-quality design output, and maintains efficient workflows. This role involves client interactions, project management, and strategic planning for studio growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Team Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers.
• Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and professional development.

2. Project Management:

• Oversee design projects from conception to delivery.
• Develop project timelines and assign tasks.

3.Client Interaction:

• Serve as the primary client contact, presenting design concepts and incorporating feedback.
• Build and maintain client relationships.

4.Quality Control:

• Ensure design work meets high standards and brand guidelines.
• Review and approve final designs.

5.Operational Management:

• Manage the studio’s budget and resources.
• Implement policies and improve operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and tools.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design or similar field, with a minimum of 1 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing design projects and teams.
