Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, polite, and customer-oriented Receptionist cum Tele-Caller to manage Retail Showroom operations and handle outbound/inbound customer calls. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude toward customer service and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

Greet customers and visitors professionally at the showroom

Handle walk-in customer inquiries and guide them to the concerned department

Maintain the entrance area in a neat and presentable manner

Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately

Maintain visitor entry records and basic office documentation

Tele-Calling Duties:

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers

Inform customers about products, offers, and ongoing schemes

Follow up with leads generated from walk-ins, references, and marketing activities

Schedule customer visits and coordinate with the sales team

Maintain call records and follow-up reports on a daily basis

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English

Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, calling apps)

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Prior experience in receptionist or tele-calling role is an advantage
