📢 We’re Hiring – HR Executive (Female Only)

📍 Location: Akashwani, Jalna Road, Aurangabad

🎓 Qualification:

Any Graduate / Postgraduate

💰 Salary:

• Fresher: ₹10,000/month (3-month training period)
• 🎯 Incentives: Up to ₹5,000/month based on performance

🚺 Note: This position is open only for female candidates

🔑 Key Roles & Responsibilities:

✅ Source and shortlist candidates as per hiring needs

✅ Screen resumes & conduct telephonic interviews

✅ Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring & walk-in drives

✅ Independently handle recruitment for critical positions

✅ Use job portals like Naukri, WorkIndia, and Social Media for sourcing

✅ Maintain candidate trackers, data, and recruitment reports
