Sales Executive

1. Merchant Onboarding

• Visit shops, small businesses, and vendors in assigned areas
• Register new merchants on the PhonePe platform
• Assist with KYC verification and documentation

2. Promotion of PhonePe Services

• Explain PhonePe features (QR code payments, UPI, wallet, offers)
• Educate merchants on benefits like fast payments and cashback
• Encourage regular usage of PhonePe QR codes

3. Installation & Setup

• Help merchants install the PhonePe app
• Set up QR codes and ensure successful transactions
• Troubleshoot basic app or payment issues

4. Relationship Management

• Maintain good relationships with existing merchants
• Visit merchants regularly for follow-ups and support
• Resolve basic complaints or escalate issues when required

5. Target Achievement

• Meet daily/weekly targets for onboarding and activation
• Increase transaction volume in assigned territory

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Submit daily field visit reports
• Update merchant details and work status in the system
• Collect feedback from merchants

7. Area Coverage

• Cover assigned locations efficiently
• Identify new business opportunities in the field
• Skills RequiredBasic smartphone knowledge
