Sales & Marketing Executive

Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive (Solar) to identify, engage, and convert potential leads for solar rooftop systems. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for renewable energy. Freshers with strong interest are encouraged to apply.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, cold calling, market mapping, exhibitions, and networking.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solar solutions.
• Conduct site surveys & coordinate with technical team for feasibility.
• Give product demonstrations & explain financial/technical benefits to clients.
• Follow up with clients to close sales within defined timelines.
• Prepare quotations and proposals and maintain CRM records.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with operations teams for smooth installation & handover.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers for referrals & repeat business.
• Required SkillsGood communication & presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of solar energy concepts (training will be provided for freshers).
• Ability to convince customers & handle objections professionally.
• Strong follow-up & negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven & result-oriented.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email communication.
