Job Description
Location:Project Site (Ground Mount Solar Projects)
Experience Required:2–5 Years (Solar / Electrical Project Execution Preferred)
Job Summary:We are looking for a responsible and experienced Electrical Engineer to supervise and execute Ground Mount Solar Power Plant Projects at site. The candidate will manage installation, testing, commissioning, manpower coordination, and ensure project completion within timeline and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Supervision & ExecutionSupervise complete electrical work of Ground Mount Solar Projects.
- Installation of Modules, Inverters, HT/LT Panels, Transformers, and Cables.
- Ensure proper DC & AC cable laying and termination.
- Monitor structure alignment and module mounting.
2. Project CoordinationCoordinate with project manager, vendors, and contractors.
- Handle daily site activities and manpower allocation.
- Maintain daily progress report (DPR).
3. Required Skills: Knowledge of Solar Ground Mount Projects.
- Understanding of Single Line Diagram (SLD).
- Basic knowledge of HT/LT systems.
- Strong leadership and manpower handling skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
4. Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Preferred Skills:Experience in MW-scale solar projects.
- Knowledge of SCADA & Net Metering.
- Ready to travel and stay at site.
