Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCall potential and existing customers to inform them about solar systems (residential/commercial)
  • Explain benefits of solar like bill savings, subsidy schemes (PM Surya Ghar Yojana), ROI
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
  • Schedule site visits and meetings for sales executives
  • Follow up regularly with interested customers
  • Maintain call records and update CRM / Excel data
  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets
