Telecaller

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our institute. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining courses, generating leads, and converting inquiries into admissions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Call prospective students and parents to provide information about courses and programs
• Follow up on leads generated through website, social media, and walk-ins
• Explain course details, fees structure, batch timings, and admission process
• Maintain records of calls and update student database regularly
• Schedule counseling sessions and coordinate with the admission team
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
• Handle basic student queries professionally

✅ Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language)
• Confident and convincing speaking skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Target-oriented and positive attitude
