Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students and parents to explain Unacademy courses and subscriptions
• Understand students’ academic needs and recommend suitable programs (IIT-JEE, NEET, Foundation, etc.)
• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information about courses, pricing, and features
• Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments
• Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and reports in the CRM
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
• Address objections professionally and resolve basic queries
• Coordinate with the sales and academic teams when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus)
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and persuasive conversations
• Basic knowledge of competitive exams like IIT-JEE / NEET is preferred
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Google Sheets, Excel)
• Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling or EdTech sales experience is an advantage
