Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Documentation: Preparing, checking, and scanning invoices, packing slips, shipping labels, and bills of lading.
• Inventory Control: Updating inventory management software (WMS) to track stock levels, recording receipts, and managing returns (RMA).
• Order Processing: Processing incoming customer orders and coordinating with floor staff for picking and packing.
• Communication & Coordination: Coordinating with logistics partners, vendors, and clients regarding delivery scheduling, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Reporting & Analysis: Running inventory reports, documenting discrepancies, and generating shipping activity reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Computer Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in entering data and checking documentation to prevent shipping errors.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication to coordinate with various departments.
• Organization: Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain organized records.
