Testing Engineer

1. Conduct routine tests, inspections, and commissioning of transformers to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC) and company specifications.

2. Develop and implement test procedures, reports, and documentation.

3. Analyze test data, identify defects, and recommend corrective actions.

4. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.

5. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during testing activities.

6. Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.
