Training and Development Manager

• service, parts, and administration via performance data and manager input.
• Program Development: Create and update training materials, manuals, e-learning modules, and workshops for new hires and existing staff.
• Training Delivery: Lead engaging sessions on product features, sales processes, brand compliance, customer experience, and technical skills.
• Calendar Management: Design and manage the annual training calendar, coordinating schedules with department heads.
• Performance Tracking: Measure training effectiveness (KPIs, ROI) and report on outcomes to leadership.
• Coaching & Mentoring: Provide ongoing coaching to staff and support for trainers to enhance skills.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with HR, department managers, and potentially the manufacturer (OEM) for aligned training initiatives.
• Industry Trends: Stay current with automotive tech, sales best practices, and new training methodologies.
