Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, dispatch coordination, and staff management. The role requires a disciplined, detail-oriented professional who can ensure smooth inward–outward movement of goods while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and safety standards.

• Key Responsibilities
• Manage overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Ensure accurate inventory management, stock reconciliation, and zero pilferage
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor productivity
• Coordinate with billing, sales, and transport teams for timely dispatches
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices and proper product handling
• Oversee loading & unloading, vehicle scheduling, and dispatch planning
• Maintain warehouse discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock & dispatch reports
• Ensure proper documentation for inward, outward, and returns
• Handle basic software-based inventory/billing systems (training provided if required)
