Job Description

  • Arc Welding.Planning & Setup: Read blueprints, plan layouts, select appropriate welding techniques (SMAW, FCAW, etc.), and prepare materials.
  • Welding Execution: Perform manual welding using arc processes, joining various metals precisely.
  • Quality Control: Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and compliance with standards; identify errors.
  • Equipment Management: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot welding machines, power tools, and torches.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations, use PPE (helmets, gloves), and maintain a safe work area.
  • Collaboration: Work with team members, report issues, and meet project deadlines
