IT Executive

Job Description:

 ·      To take care for day-to-day IT Incidents & IT Service Request at ASK Center.

·      Capable to Handle First Level Trouble shooting related to IT Hardware, IT Peripherals & Network Issues.

·      Have Knowledge of Installing & Managing Operating Systems & Utility Software.

·      Good Communication Skills to get the Issue registered with Respective Hardware & Network Vendor & Suppliers.

·      Good Coordination Skills to get the timely resolution of IT Hardware & Network Issues.

·      Capable to prepare and share IT Checklist and reports with HO IT Team.

·      Maintaining IT Inventory at his respective ASK Centers.

·      Following the IT Compliance and Regulatory instruction given from HO IT Team.

Key Skills Required:

 ·      Experience for Installing Windows Operating System.

·      Level-1 Hardware Trouble Shooting knowledge to identify the Hardware Issues in Desktop, Printers etc.

·      Level-1 Network troubleshooting knowledge to identify the Network Issues with LAN, WAN, Cables and Network Equipment.

·      Verbal & Written communication skills to coordinate with Service Providers and suppliers for the resolution of Network & Hardware Issues.

·      Basic Knowledge of MS Office to Maintain the Asset Inventory, IT Reports and Mailing.
