About the Company:

We are a leading manufacturer of cleanroom garments and disposable apparel, catering primarily to pharmaceutical, healthcare, and industrial clients. With a strong focus on quality, hygiene, and compliance, we are expanding our operations and looking for a skilled Accounts Executive to manage our accounting and financial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records in Tally / ERP system.
• Handle sales, purchase, and expense entries with proper documentation.
• Prepare and verify GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Manage bank reconciliation, petty cash, and vendor payments.
• Coordinate with auditors for monthly, quarterly, and annual audits.
• Assist in inventory accounting and coordination with the production department.
• Generate MIS reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
• Follow up with customers for payments and outstanding receivables.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all financial data.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and GST compliance.
• Familiarity with inventory accounting and costing will be an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks responsibly.
