Marketing Executive

Job Title: Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests.

2. Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve

any issues.

3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and feedback.

4. Support the preparation of customer proposals, documentation, and follow-up communications.

5. Track order status and provide regular updates to customers.

6. Process sales orders, quotations, and order confirmations in coordination with the production

team.

7. Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly by liaisoning with relevant departments

(production, quality, dispatch).

8. Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.

9. Monitor shipments and keep customers informed of delivery status.

10. Coordinate company participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and client visits.

11. Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.

12. Liaisoning with government agencies such as DDP, Customs, etc.

13. Possess knowledge of both domestic and international trade practices.

14. Understand India’s export policies and regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

15. Graduate (preferably in business administration)+Technical(engineer) with 3 to 4 years of

experience in marketing department in Auto components manufacturing or precision

components manufacturing industry.

16. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

17. Basic understanding of industrial or manufacturing processes.

18. Proficiency with CRM tools (such as SAP/Tally) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
