MIS Executive

Graduate / Postgraduate in Computer Science, IT, or any relevant field

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports across departments.
• Develop automation solutions and dashboards using Google App Script and JavaScript to streamline reporting processes.
• Utilize Advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Conditional Formatting, etc.) for detailed data analysis and report generation.
• Integrate data from multiple sources (ERP, HRMS, Google Sheets, etc.) for consolidated management reports.
• Maintain and improve existing reporting tools and automate manual processes to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand data requirements and deliver customized MIS reports.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of all MIS data and reports.
• Support management in data interpretation, trend analysis, and performance tracking.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Required Skills & Competencies:Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (Macros, VBA preferred).
• Hands-on experience in Google App Script and JavaScript for automation and custom script development.
• Good understanding of data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI, or similar).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage large data sets with accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
