QA Artwork Officer

Review, verify, and approve artworks for primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging materials such as labels, cartons, inserts, foils, and shippers.

Ensure correctness of product name, strength, composition, batch coding space, manufacturing license number, cautionary statements, statutory declarations, and regulatory text.

Cross-check artworks against approved product dossiers, master documents, and regulatory submissions.

Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Production, Purchase, Vendors, and Marketing for artwork corrections and final approvals.

Maintain version control of artworks and ensure obsolete artworks are withdrawn and destroyed.

Ensure compliance with Schedule M, GMP, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Verify barcodes, QR codes, Braille (if applicable), and color codes as per approved specifications.

Review and approve proofs, mock-ups, and final printed samples from vendors.
