🧾 Job Summary: Ramp Innovations is looking for a Quality Control Engineer for our plastic manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of plastic molding processes, and the ability to monitor and improve product quality across production stages.

1. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:Quality Control & Assurance

• Implement and maintain quality standards throughout the production process
• Conduct visual and technical inspections on materials and finished products

1. Process Monitoring
2. 
   

• Monitor ongoing production to ensure compliance with specifications
• Identify process defects and suggest corrective measures

1. Compliance & Standards
2. 
   

• Ensure adherence to internal and external product quality standards
• Assist in audits and certifications when required

1. Coordination & Communication
2. 
   

• Collaborate with the production and maintenance teams
• Prepare and present reports on quality metrics and improvements
• ✅ Required Skills & Competencies:Basic knowledge of plastic materials and molding processes (injection/blow molding)
• Familiarity with common defects in plastic manufacturing
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes meticulously
• 🎓 Qualifications:Graduate / Diploma / ITI
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control/assurance in a manufacturing environment (preferably plastic industry)

💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month+ Overtime Pay (on Sundays)
