Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Counter Sales & Marketing Executive to handle walk-in customers, generate sales, and support marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for product promotion, billing coordination, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAttend walk-in customers and understand their requirements
• Promote and sell products/services at the sales counter
• Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers
• Prepare sales bills, quotations, and coordinate with accounts/store team
• Maintain daily sales records and customer data
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and after-sales support
• Support marketing activities such as in-store promotions, schemes, and campaigns
• Follow up with customers for repeat sales and references
• Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets
