Job Description
We are hiring skilled and hardworking Wireman / Installation Technicians who will be responsible for WiFi & Fiber (FTTH) installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install WiFi routers & Fiber (FTTH) connections at customer premises
- Perform fiber cable laying and basic splicing work
- Configure routers and ensure proper internet connectivity
- Troubleshoot network issues and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain installation quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with sales/XFE team for timely installations
- Submit daily work reports and updates
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Daily installations completed
- Complaint resolution time
- Installation quality score
- Customer satisfaction
