1) The Technician should have completed 12th .

2) Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.

3) Familiarity with MS Software, printer installation, and MS Office activation.

4) Must work on Saturdays and Sundays without fail, and on festivals like Diwali, Eid, and Holi, etc.

5) Week off from Monday to Friday.

6) Must be clean-shaven and well-groomed, as you will represent TATA on the store floor.

7) Should possess a technical and sales attitude (You have to inform the customer about service information), not just technical skills.

8) Must be able to offer laptop demonstrations with features and confidently communicate with clients.
