Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements, preferences, and budget to create tailored design solutions.
• Develop design concepts, space planning, and layouts using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with project themes.
• Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D models for client presentations.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and on-site installations to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in residential and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop.
• Excellent creative, visualization, and technical drawing skills.
• Strong communication and project management abilities.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
