Operations Executive

• Managing day-to-day operations for loan processing & documentation

• Feeding and maintaining project data in prescribed formats

• Coordinating with clients for required documents, updates, and follow-ups

• Bridging gap between clients and bankers by way of effective follow up for pending data and documents

• Coordinating for legal, technical, credit, corporate and financial due diligence of clients and projects

• Supporting sales, credit, and management teams

• Preparing reports, Excel sheets, and data entries

• Filing (digital & physical) of client documents

• Communication with banks/NBFC representatives

• Drafting emails, preparing MIS, maintaining workflow

• Coordinating meetings, client visits, and operational activities
