Job Description: Achyuta Properties Private Limited is looking for a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our real estate sales team. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and want to grow in the real estate industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:✅ Lead Generation: Call potential customers and introduce them to real estate projects.

✅ Client Engagement: Understand client needs, explain property details, and convince them for site visits.

✅ Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.

✅ Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to close deals.

✅ Database Management: Maintain and update records of customer interactions and inquiries.

✅ Sales Target: Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales goals.

Requirements:Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply.

Gender: Male candidates

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Language: Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English preferred.

Driving Experience (Bonus): Candidates with 4-wheeler driving experience can earn extra incentives.
