About Class Saathi Class Saathi is a clicker based smart classroom solution that makes formative assessment easy and fast. Class Saathi is a combination of a clicker device for each student and a mobile application for teachers, parents, and the administrators. After teaching a concept in a class, the teacher can ask a few questions using Class Saathi to gauge the understanding level of each and every student. The administrators and the parents can also see the learning data on their respective apps. Class Saathi has over 10,00,000 questions on Maths, Science, Social Studies, and English for students of Class 1 to Class 10, for CBSE, ICSE and 20+ state board curriculum. Class Saathi is aligned with New Education Policy’s objectives of micro-learning and continuous assessments. “Data First” approach ensures greater accountability at all levels. Class Saathi is affordable and does not require schools to upgrade their infrastructure ("no internet" and "no electricity" are no more the limiting factors in making classrooms smart) 

Summary: As an Implementation Associate, you will be the on-ground point of contact for schools in Bagpat and Bulandshahr, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of TagHive’s products. You will play a key role in customer relationship management (CRM) at the school level, providing training, support, and feedback to maximize product impact.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary on-ground representative for TagHive in assigned schools within Bagpat and Bulandshahr.

● Installation of Class Saathi devices and solutions in classrooms.

● Coordinate and oversee the implementation of TagHive products and solutions.

● Train teachers and school staff on product usage and best practices.

● Provide ongoing support and resolve any product-related issues.

● Maintain strong relationships with school principals, teachers, and key stakeholders.

● Prepare and submit regular reports on implementation status and user engagement.

● Gather user feedback and share insights with the internal teams for continuous improvement.

Requisite Skills and Experience:

● Bachelor's degree in any field.

● 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, field operations, or CRM roles.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Willingness to travel extensively within Bagpat and Bulandshahr.

● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
