Spoken English Trainer

We are looking for an enthusiastic Spoken English Training Expert to conduct interactive English classes for students aged 10–18 years (Classes 6–12). The trainer will follow a structured curriculum but deliver sessions in a highly engaging and entertaining manner to capture students’ attention and improve retention. The focus is on creating an English-speaking environment through activities, games, discussions, and real-life conversation practice rather than traditional rote learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct spoken English classes according to the provided curriculum.

• Deliver fun, interactive, and activity-based sessions that encourage students to speak confidently.

• Teach phonics, pronunciation, vocabulary, and basic grammar concepts in a simple and practical way.

• Create a classroom environment that promotes active participation and natural communication in English.

• Understand the mindset and learning challenges of children, especially those from rural or beginner backgrounds.

• Use creative and out-of-the-box teaching techniques such as role-plays, storytelling, games, and speaking challenges.

• Encourage confidence, reduce hesitation, and help students develop fluency and clear pronunciation.

• Monitor student progress and provide guidance for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.

• Good understanding of phonics, pronunciation, and grammar fundamentals.

• Ability to engage young learners and maintain an energetic classroom environment.

• Creative teaching approach with the ability to experiment with new methods.

• Prior experience in spoken English training, language teaching, or ESL training is preferred.
